Our bespoke ordering allows you to order select garments in your preferred color, with custom sizing available based on the measurements you provide. Many of our past abaya styles remain available through bespoke ordering, along with a thoughtfully curated selection of our most requested garments featured in The Bespoke Collection.
HOW TO ORDER
Website Styles
If your garment is featured in The Bespoke Collection, simply select your size and preferred color. If your desired color is not listed, select “Email for Color Options” before adding your garment to cart. Once your order has been placed, we’ll email the available color selections for your chosen style.
Past Styles & Custom Sizing
Looking for a previous design not featured in
The Bespoke Collection? Simply email us when you’re ready to place your bespoke order so availability can be confirmed. Custom sizing is available based on the measurements you provide at the time of ordering.
Weekly Production Schedule
To ensure an intentional and efficient bespoke process, orders are compiled
and submitted for production each Thursday at 11:59 PM EST.
Orders received after the weekly cutoff will be included in the following
week’s production batch.
TURNAROUND
Please allow 2–3 weeks (weekdays only, excluding Fridays) for completion and delivery, beginning with the production batch your order is placed in.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your
order so availability can be confirmed.
SHIPPING
While every effort is made to remain within our quoted turnaround, international shipping may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control,
including current conditions impacting the Gulf region.
Should delays occur, we’ll communicate any meaningful updates as they become available.
