  • What is your return policy?
    We will gladly do an even exchange of equal or greater value on non-sale items provided the item(s) are returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the tag still intact. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery or purchase date. If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the exachange will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. In the interest of proper hygiene, hijabs and niqabs will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn/tried on. If there are any signs of wear it will be returned to the purchaser. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the procedures have not been followed.
  • How do I exchange an item?
    Please email us at info@an-noor31.com with your order number and reason for excahnge. You will then receive a reply within 48 hours with further details on how to complete the return. Please note the buyer incurs all shipping costs. An-Noor: 31 will not reimburse the cost of return shipping. The item is also your responsibility until it is returned to us. Therefore, we recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not assume liability for items lost in transit.
  • Can I return a sale item?
    All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange/refund. Please ensure that you are mindful when purchasing sale items. If you require more product and/or sizing information, please email info@an-noor31.com before purchasing.
  • I am an international customer, how do I return an item?
    Please email us at info@an-noor31.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a reply within 48 hours with further details on how to return the item. If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the United States, you must complete a customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains "RETURNED GOODS". If your parcel is stopped at U.S. Customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances will An-Noor: 31 pay customs duty in order to receive returns/exchanges.
  • What to do in the event that my package is lost or stolen?
    Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact FedEx ( 1-800-463-3339) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for further assistance. AN-NOOR:31 is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, AN-NOOR:31 will NOT replace any lost or stolen packages.
