Initially a 'First Friday In April Abaya' now known as the ‘Distressed Abaya’, started out as a piece from our personal collection. After sharing snippets from a trip to Morocco wearing this piece, the customer demand won a limited release that has now returned!
Crafted using top grade Nida fabric where the edges were intentionally frayed/distressed not left "unfinished," gathered wrists, slightly flared sleeves add the perfect pop. The fullness along with the drop waist style makes this piece perfect. And don't forget the small pleated detail along the dropped waist. Five snap closures allows the abaya to be worn open or closed.
